All the participants who need accommodation are advised to write a mail after conformation
of respective abstract and we accomidate you on the basis of first come first serve.
Charges for accomidation
For Non-local students accomidation charges are Rs.150 per day at hostel which includes a breakfast and Dinner. Separate accomidation for Girls & Boys.
Q: How to reach CBIT campus on reaching Hyderabad?
A: As your train arrive the railway station, It is advised to be in contact with the hospitality coordinator & other volunteers that we coordinate to help you through phone who will assist you any time. You can even come to campus directly from Sec'bad Station to Mehdipatnam in bus no.49m/120/5k and from Mehdipatnam to CBIT in bus no.220/120 or by hiring an auto.
Q: Whom should I contact on reaching the campus?
A: Every participant should report at the hospitality-desk on reaching in the campus.
Q: What are mess arrangements?
A: Arrangements for food will be made in a private mess that runs during the festival. Charges for this are included in the registration fee. Apart from the regular mess food, you can also avail the food facility in the CBIT canteen and cafeteria. Breakfast and dinner will be provided in the hostels you stay.
Q: What shall I bring with me?
A: Every participant should bring the following without fail.
• College ID card.
• Bonafide certificate issued by the institution.
• Confirmation mails printout of registration (individual and event) and hospitality.
